My kids hated this thing. It took me about 30 minutes to inflate it. I used a power pump normally used for car tires. I then got it wet and attached the hose. The kinks in the line for the factory were a bit of a pain. But, I got them to work. The water sprayed way over the slide on high and if I turned it low the factory didn't have much water. My kids tried running and sliding but only went a few feet. I then added some soap and they were able to go a little further. But, never made it to the factory. My kids are 9 and 6 so they can run but it really didn't matter. We used a slip N Slide at my aunts last year and they had no problem making it to the end. I think Wham-O is the only manufacturer of the various slides so shouldn't they all work well. I would return it but, it is too late. Don't buy, unless you like to disappoint your kids.
