My kids absolutely loved this BUT after three uses it tore at the seam by one of the air exit holes. My kids weigh 100 lbs together so it wasn't a weight issue. We kept it stored in a weather proof storage container, covered the seam tear with duck tape and it survived 5 more uses. On the next inflation the seams along the inner tunnel slide blew out. The manufacturer was anything but helpful and we were offered no resolution. They said to use the patch kit that came with the slide. OK....the patch kit is four 3 inch pieces of plastic. The blown out tunnel area is about 6 feet! It was great while it lasted but NOT worth the money. $[...] is alot to burn. Because this happened over a 5 month period, I couldn't get my money back from whom we purchased the item. Sad. I tried every angle possible, including calling the manufacturer directly and failed. They don't stand behind their products. Manufacturer only offers 60 DAY WARRANTY! Watch out.
